Depending on the form used, and only if you provide them:

• Contact, quote, assessment, call-back: name, email and, optionally, company, job title, phone, sector, size, location, description of your needs, deadline.
• QHSE updates: email, optional sector, date and proof of your consent.
• Guidance assistant and chat bubble: the text you type, sent to generate an answer; it is not linked to your identity.
• QHSE library: the file submitted, its title, description and the author name given.
• Administration area: email and login credentials of administrators.

The free tools (chemical register, safety data sheets, accident management, lifting equipment) store their data only in your browser: nothing is sent to TriAltis.

• Answering your request and preparing a proposal — pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Performing a service — performance of the contract.
• Sending QHSE updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Moderating the QHSE library and securing the website — TriAltis's legitimate interest.
• Keeping accounting records — legal obligation.

Your data is intended for TriAltis only. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

Technical providers are involved in running the website: hosting of the application and database, sending emails, and processing of the text typed into the assistant by an artificial intelligence service. They act on instructions and may not use the data for any other purpose. The detailed list is available on request.

• Requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
• Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then the legal periods applicable to contractual and accounting documents.
• QHSE updates: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookie choices: 6 months, after which the banner is shown again.

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), data access restricted to administrator accounts, files stored in a private area, access rights enforced at database level.

You have the following rights:

• right of access;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to object;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to data portability, where applicable;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time.
